Arctic Wild - Adventures with Latitude
Arctic Wild is an Alaska wilderness guiding company based 200 miles south of the Arctic Circle, in Fairbanks, Alaska. We specialize in 7 to 20 day, fully guided and outfitted arctic Alaska expeditions. We have a full schedule of raft, canoe, backpack, and basecamp adventures to choose from in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge, the Western Arctic, Gates of the Arctic National Park, and even a few trips south of the Arctic Circle.
Guests bring only their personal gear along with a willingness to let Alaska's most wild and beautiful places work magic on them. Group sizes are small, between one and eight guests per trip. Arctic Wild guides are professional and attentive, and expertly balance safety and spontaneity, skill and intuition.

Our seasoned and intelligent guides love their work and enjoy sharing their knowledge about wilderness travel and the natural history of the Brooks Range. Our river rafting, kayaking, canoeing, and hiking trips are routed and scheduled around wildlife migrations. That's when we have the best chance of seeing wildlife such as caribou, wolves, grizzly bears, musk oxen, over a hundred bird species, and once in a great while, a wolverine.
